Dr. Iannacone is wonderful! On top of being a very good doctor he’s a really nice guy. Easy to talk to and very thorough in his explanations. He really takes his time with patients. Also, he has such a great staff. They all know what they’re doing and are very efficient. Always very pleasant and welcoming too!

This was my second visit and it was painless. I didn’t wait long and Dr Iannacone was pleasant and professional. He suggested ways to treat my problem which I didn’t know about. Very satisfied with the visit and would recommend Atlantic ENT without hesitation. The ladies in the office were pleasant and efficient, a plus.

I cannot recommend Dr. Iannacone highly enough. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt cared for. His staff--from the front desk to his assistant and Cindy who confirmed imaging approvals with the insurancce--were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. The initial questionnaire was more thorough than I've seen elsewhere focusing on my key issues and their severity.

His assistant was exceptionally thorough and sympathetic, reviewing my history carefully and making sure Dr. Iannacone had all the information he needed before seeing me. The system they use to track medications and prior treatments helped clearly communicate the seriousness of my issues.

Dr. Iannacone himself was engaging, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. He performed a nasal endoscopy while explaining what he was seeing, and even turned me to watch the camera view on the TV screen, which helped me fully understand my condition and the structure of the nasal cavity and potential issues. He asked questions I hadn't mentioned and provided a clear, proactive plan--including a CT scan and potential procedures depending on the results. I even received a call to schedule the CT scan on my way home, and he had already provided pamphlets about the procedures I may need.

Compared to my previous ENT visits, where I sometimes waited an hour and left without a clear plan, Dr. Iannacone's office was efficient, organized, and focused entirely on helping me get better. This entire experience--from the warmth of the staff to Dr. Iannacone's experience and compassion--felt genuinely focused on improving my quality of life. Truly exceptional care!

Dr. Iannacone is a wonderful doctor and very knowledgeable. His office staff are also polite and courteous. I would definitely refer my family and friends to this doctor. You won't be disappointed.

This practice is so good that I started writing this review while waiting before even seeing the Doctor. The girls at the front were so kind & Cindy doing my intake was exceptional. She paid so much attention to detail which meant a lot to me. The Doctor took his time, was knowledgeable, reassuring, kind, and personable. I am so thankful a friend recommended me here.

Very impressed with Dr. Iannacone & ALL of his staff!! Minimal waiting. Things are clearly explained. Dr. I. is very approachable & comprehensive in his treatment. Cindy- Surgical Coordinator- is very friendly, pleasant & professional. Well run office.

I cannot say enough about this facility! The staff are all AMAZING! They are genuine in the care for the patients. Doctor is awesome as well! Very informative when explaining things where you can understand what's happening. Again, the staff in general are all so positive and create an atmosphere that you feel comfortable no matter what. A huge shout out to LISA! The positive vibes are contagious and always smiling. Just one happy place!! I never looked forward to going to see a doc as much as I do here.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Iannacone today. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. The office staff were kind and professional! Dr. Iannacone was thorough and put me at ease.

Atlantic ENT Assoc. was my "second opinion" appointment, as I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my 'first opinion' office, who shall remain nameless. I found this office strictly by chance on the internet, and am SO grateful that I did. From booking the appt, to checking in at the front desk, to the assistants, and Dr. Iannacone himself, I couldnt have had a better experience. My first office basically said that I needed major surgery, without ever really explaining why, showing me my sinus scans, or giving me any alternatives! Meanwhile, Dr Iannacone actually took the time to answer my questions, show me my scans, give me alternatives, and finally performed a much less invasive procedure. A Special shout out to Cindy, who was very patient in dealing with me and explaining what the procedure entailed, before and after care etc. I have complete faith that this procedure and Dr Iannacone have solved my issues. I would HIGHLY recommend this office for any ENT issues, and will definitely be back with any more that I may personally encounter......A professional, "happy" staff is always contingent upon whom they work for, and it is evident with Dr. Iannacone's office.......Keep up the great work!!
